The service at www.aetherdesignai.com is provided by Prajin S, sole proprietor trading as Aether Design AI, 18 Ganapathy Street, Poothapedu, Ramapuram, Chennai 600089, Tamil Nadu, India(“we”, “us”). “You” means the person using the service. Contact us at aetherdesignsupport@gmail.com.

Aether Design AI takes a written brief and returns a photorealistic interior render together with a design specification: dimensions, materials and finishes, a lighting approach, and automated checks against published spatial and ergonomic standards. Each render is scored against your brief by a separate AI model and may be re-generated automatically to improve the result.

This is schematic design intent, not a construction document. What we produce is not an architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing or fire-safety drawing, is not certified by any licensed professional, and is not a substitute for one. It does not account for your local building bylaws, site conditions, structural loads or statutory approvals. Before anything is built, have it reviewed by a qualified architect or engineer. Dimensions and standards references are generated automatically and may contain errors; verify anything you intend to rely on.

The service uses AI models. Output varies between runs, may be imperfect, and may not match your expectations even when the system reports a high score. We do not guarantee that any particular design will be usable, accurate or to your taste.

You must be at least 18 to use the service. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information, and do not create multiple accounts to obtain more free tokens than intended — we limit free-token grants per connection and may suspend accounts that work around it.

Generating designs consumes tokens, which you buy in advance in packs.

• Tokens do not expire. They stay on your account until you spend them. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Tokens are a prepaid entitlement to use the service. They are not money, carry no cash value, earn no interest, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash except as set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The token cost per image is shown in the product before you generate, and the price of each pack is shown before you pay.
• We may change token prices for future purchases. Tokens already in your account are unaffected.
• Free tokens granted to new accounts are promotional, are not purchased, and are never refundable in cash.

Tokens are deducted only when a design is successfully delivered, and only for the images actually rendered. If a generation fails, if our design engine is unreachable, or if your brief is rejected before any rendering begins, no tokens are taken. This is enforced by the system, not by request — you do not need to ask for a correction.

Because a design may be re-rendered up to three times to reach the quality bar, one design can consume the per-image cost more than once. The product tells you the per-image cost before you generate, and shows exactly how many tokens were spent afterwards.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never receive your card or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include any taxes stated at checkout.

You keep ownership of the briefs you write. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to process your brief, generate designs, store them for you, and show them back to you.

The renders and specifications you generate are yours to use, including commercially— in client work, presentations and mood boards. We claim no ownership over them. Two honest caveats: AI-generated images may have limited or uncertain copyright protection in some jurisdictions, and because models can produce similar results for similar prompts, we cannot promise your output is unique or that it does not resemble someone else’s.

We may use aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics to improve the service. We will not publish or publicly display your briefs or your designs without asking you first.

Do not use the service to:

• generate anything unlawful, hateful, sexual, or designed to harass or defame;
• infringe someone else’s intellectual property or impersonate a real business or person;
• attempt to bypass token charging, rate limits, or the free-tier restrictions;
• resell or resupply the service itself as if it were your own product;
• scrape, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service or its infrastructure.

The service is for interior design. Briefs that are clearly outside that scope are declined automatically, and no tokens are charged when that happens.

The service is offered as-is and is under active development. We do not promise any level of uptime, and we may change, suspend or withdraw features. We rely on third-party providers for authentication, hosting, AI generation and payments; if one of them fails, the service may be unavailable through no fault of ours. Where an outage prevents a generation from completing, no tokens are charged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or the cost of any work carried out in reliance on a design produced by the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You may stop using the service and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, abuses the free tier, or is used unlawfully. If we close your account for a reason other than a breach by you, we will refund unspent purchased tokens on the basis set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Please write to us first — most things are resolved by email.

We may update these terms as the service develops. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be notified by email or in the product. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
