Privacy Policy

Aether Design AI is operated by Prajin S, sole proprietor trading as Aether Design AI, at 18 Ganapathy Street, Poothapedu, Ramapuram, Chennai 600089, Tamil Nadu, India. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below. You can reach us at any time at aetherdesignsupport@gmail.com.

Account information. Your name and email address, received from your sign-in provider when you create an account. We do not store a password — sign-in is handled by Clerk.

What you write and what we produce. The design briefs you type, the style and quality settings you choose, the images generated for you, the design specifications and compliance scores produced alongside them, and the record of each render attempt.

Payment records. Which token pack you bought, the amount, the date and the transaction reference. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — those go directly to Razorpay and are never transmitted to us.

Technical information. Your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We use your IP address specifically to limit how many free-token accounts can be created from one connection; without this, the free tier could be drained by automated sign-ups.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.

To create and secure your account, to generate the designs you ask for, to keep an accurate token balance and bill correctly, to show you your past work, to prevent fraud and abuse of the free tier, and to diagnose faults. We process this data because it is necessary to provide the service you have asked us for; where the law requires consent, we ask for it.

Running this service means other companies handle parts of your data on our behalf. The most important thing on this page is the first two rows: your design brief is sent to Anthropic and to Fal in order to produce a design at all. If you would prefer a brief not to leave our systems, do not submit it.

Several of these operate outside India, so your data is transferred and stored abroad. Each is bound by its own agreement with us to process data only for the purposes above. We may also disclose data where a law or a valid legal order requires it.

Your account and your saved designs are kept for as long as your account exists. Delete a design and it is removed from our database and its image deleted from storage. Close your account and we delete your account record and your designs.

Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed. Server logs containing IP addresses are short-lived and retained only for security and fault diagnosis.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may:

• ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being processed;
• have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or updated;
• have your data erased, where we are not required by law to keep it;
• withdraw consent where processing rests on consent;
• nominate another person to exercise these rights if you are unable to; and
• raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if unsatisfied.

You can delete individual designs yourself from inside the product at any time. For anything else, email aetherdesignsupport@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, contact our Grievance Officer, Prajin S, at aetherdesignsupport@gmail.com, or by post at 18 Ganapathy Street, Poothapedu, Ramapuram, Chennai 600089, Tamil Nadu, India. We aim to acknowledge within 7 working days and resolve within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to keep your session secure — these are set by Clerk and are necessary for the product to work. Your browser may also store small preferences locally, such as whether you chose light or dark mode; that never reaches us. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

This service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly create accounts for or process the personal data of children. If you believe a child has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Your generated designs are held in private storage and served through short-lived signed links, so they are not publicly browsable. Access to production data is limited to the operator. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise; if a breach affects your personal data we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the law requires.

We will update this page when the service changes — particularly if we add or remove a company from the table in section 4. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product.
